Re: STIK DE3 Output Questions

Hello, Yes, the device was optimised to only output DMX on ONE of these at a time. However both of these outputs are technically capable of outputting DMX at the same time. In terms of power, if you're using short cables, you should be able to get satisfying results. But note that this is not offici...

Re: Making a breathing effect

Hello, You might find interest in the "custom loop" option, which would allow you to force the amount of times the block loops on itself, regardless of its duration. If you only want the block to loop once, no matter what final duration you chose to give it, check the "custom loop&quo...

Re: Set up

Hello, Yes you can write the show onto the SD-card from ESA Pro 2, and then place the SD-card into the STICK. There's an option to "Write on computer" in the StandAlone mode of ESAPro2, all you need to do is to chose to write it on the computer and then copy the show1 folder onto the SD-ca...

Re: Run from a cue list + test triggers

Hello, Terribly sorry for the late response. In ESA Pro 2, timelines within the same scene cannot be played separately in StandAlone mode. When you write the scene into the device, it's turned into a list of steps, which is then played by the DMX Device (in your case, the DR2-Lite). So at the end of...

Re: ESA PRO / ESA PRO 2, SLESA-U7 / SLESA-U10 compatibility

Hello,

I'm afraid the ESA Pro 1 files cannot be openned with ESA Pro 2. This is an issue we're aware of and will be trying to fix in a while. But right now I'm afraid you will need to create a new project.

Re: Setting up IP address

Hello,

Our DMX controllers don't come with pre-set IP addresses, however you can access all network-related settings via the HardwareManager tool included in your ESA Pro 2 package.

Hope this helps.

Re: Stick de3 Empty Sd Card

Hello, How did you store your show ? Did you write it from ESA Pro 2 ? from ESA 2 ? Or did you just store a .dlm or .arc2 file directly into the SD card ? Your show needs to be compiled and writte by one of the 2 softwares I just mentionned. And on the SD card, you should only have a folder named &q...

Re: Connecting to NAT1 with DR2lite

Hello,

Yes the two devices need to be on the same network. The NATOUCH reacts like any android device equipped with the our remote apps : once the app is launched, it'll scan the network and detect the Nicolaudie DMX devices connected to it.

Hope this helps.

Re: Set up

Hello, Apologies for the late response. Did you manage to configure your device ? Your DE3 product first needs to be opened with ESAPro 2 (free software). I invite you to download the latest ESA Pro 2 software from our website and open the quick start guide from the menu. For your software to detect...

Re: Can the STICK-DE3 control the fixture on/off

Hello, Stick-DE3 cannot identify your lights separately. You can turn everything off at once, or change the colors of all your fixtures at once using the special feature buttons on the hardware. Otherwise, you will need to create special scenes for each of your devices in order to animate them separ...

Re: Copy show files without ESA Pro2

Hello, If your controller has a SD-Card socket, you can use the ESAPro2 button "write to computer" to write the final project files into a folder called "Show1", which can then be manually copied into the SD card by your customer. The DMX interface (depending on the model) might ...
