Set up

I need help setting up the device. I mounted them and got power and the led strip turns on but only stay red. I was wondering if anyone could help walk me through the set up process. I’ve downloaded apps but I can’t find any information that’ll help besides the MAC addresses and Device Password.

Apologies for the late response. Did you manage to configure your device ?
Your DE3 product first needs to be opened with ESAPro 2 (free software).
I invite you to download the latest ESA Pro 2 software from our website and open the quick start guide from the menu.
For your software to detect the DE3, you basically just need to connect the device to the computer using the USB cord included with it.

@TomHat - Reviving this. Can the show not be written to the SDcard and then installed in the device? Your previous message reads as the STIK needs to be setup with a computer/esapro.

Yes you can write the show onto the SD-card from ESA Pro 2, and then place the SD-card into the STICK.
There's an option to "Write on computer" in the StandAlone mode of ESAPro2, all you need to do is to chose to write it on the computer and then copy the show1 folder onto the SD-card .
