micro Dimming Channel does not Work

Hi,
i found a Bug, if you define a Fixture with 16bit dimming, the fine dimming Channel does not work.
Always it have the value 0.

Hi,
The switch generated is not taking into account the second channel automatically, you are right.
But, to by pass this issue, you can manually edit the switch generated, and add a "dimmer min/max" on the second channel.

Then, it will works as you would like :)
