Hi there,

I was previously able to operate my LD Touch Ulti via ESA2 on my macbook, but after updating the program, I no longer am able to communicate with the unit via the the ethernet connection (USB still works fine).

ESA2 recognizes my device under the Ethernet option, but error message occurs when clicking OK after selecting the unit from the menu.

Perhaps someone can shed some light on what may be causing this issue. Thanks!

I've reproduced this. We're currently looking into it and it will be corrected in the next version.

Has this issue been resolved, I'm seeing the same problem with the Sep 14 2015 version
