Alternating Live & Stand-Alone modes with UE7 controllers

Post by jwillsey » Wed Apr 15, 2015 9:44 pm

I've figured out how to create/write a show with the ESA Pro software and multiple ethernet networked UE7 controllers. This works great with one master UE7 controller controlling multiple UE7 slave controllers.

However, I would also like to know if it's possible that I can power off the one master UE7 controller and then allow each UE7 slave controller to run whatever program I select on them?

Hi John,

Unfortunately we don't think it's possible as if you power off the master the slaves will not be controllable. We will try and do some similar tests this week and let you know if we find a solution.
