Hello!

Now I am thinking over controlling some light devices by means of Sunlite. In this connection it would be interesting to know if it is possible to control the DMX bus over LAN from several machines(that is, one computer is the main and the rest are reserve, it is not nessesary to control the devices simultaneously from different machines). I know only one way to do it at the moment. It is connecting the PCs to "USB over IP" hub. But I think it would be rather expensive.

I would be grateful to you for your prompt answer.

This is possible with Sunlite 2002. You need to download this file : http://nicolaudie.com/big/slnetwork.zip and follow the instructions written in the "readme" file.

Our company used 10Mbit TP LAN to control fixtures. This is "hand made" upgrade for all fixtures. We are use "DMX over Ethernet" by me .
It's need for see fixtures and dimmers health status.
