Is it possible to patch static lights together ?

Hi,
I bought a DMX In Interface and I wonder how it is
possible to patch static lights together like we do in live situations
with backtruss light´s...
Is there a software tool to start videos or other media via DMX in ?

Can you give us more informations as what's the software you're using!! (Magic, ESA, Sunlite...).

Hi,
when you add new fixtures, check the "multi fixtures" option to patch them together.
There is no way to start video via DMX IN.

EDIT:
I checked it bit it isn´t active on any fixtures I selected
what is to do to use the multi fixtures option ?
2nd qustion
Is there any aplication planed to start media via DMX-IN ?
Any solution would be very good - and would gain the use of DMX IN.

1- You must select an existing fixture from the list to add multiple fixtures to the same DMX address.
2- This is possible with Sunlite 2004, you can create a switch to start your media and then trigger this switch with a DMX IN channel.
