It appears that the DMX Screw in block ( Green) would obstruct the 2x10 expansion port?

Can the RJ45 and the DMX Universe 1 OUT found on the DMX Screw in block be used in conjunction?( Do they output together?) we have some decoders being used that we want to use RJ45 for in DMX...others decoders require traditional "hard" wire.

Yes, the device was optimised to only output DMX on ONE of these at a time. However both of these outputs are technically capable of outputting DMX at the same time. In terms of power, if you're using short cables, you should be able to get satisfying results.
But note that this is not officially supported by the DE3 and we're only providing support for setups using only one of these outputs at a time.
