Stick de3 Empty Sd Card

On my Stick-DE3 I always get the message Empty Sd Card but the show is stored on the SD Card, I can see that when I plug it directly into the computer.
What could be the problem?

Hello,
How did you store your show ? Did you write it from ESA Pro 2 ? from ESA 2 ? Or did you just store a .dlm or .arc2 file directly into the SD card ?
Your show needs to be compiled and writte by one of the 2 softwares I just mentionned. And on the SD card, you should only have a folder named "
"show1".
