Hello.
I'am having some trouble with finding the DINA DR 1 with the remote pro app.
Any tips? Is there any ports that needs to be open?

Hello,
Ensure your DR1 is connected to the same network as your mobile device.
What firmware is your DR1 using? Try downloading this Hardware Manager and checking for a firmware update...

Arcolis Remote Pro has been updated recently, I recommend checking your relevant appstore to see if there's a new version available.
