Color wheel on Stick-DE3

(I am new to this product) I set up scenes on the ESA Pro using Generic RGB profiles using a Static color setting for the fixtures. We then wrote the data to our Stick DE3. Issue is: When a scene is running we are not able to change the colors using the wheel on the Stick or the Lightpad app. Color changing is enabled on the Stick menu options.
