Is there a documentation for the CSL2 files syntax to read ?

Do you mean the SSL2 syntax? SSL2 files are encrypted and can only be read by software such as Sunlite and the Scan Library Editor. Are you looking for help understanding the Scan Library Editor?

csl2 are midi console files.
It's some sort of xml that describe console mapping.

The format is relatively simple but as it is a proprietary syntax, you won't find any documentation. Reverse enginering only ... :)
