the 3d viewer only worked once, now this message always comes out. and reinstall the program several times and nothing. Forgive me for my writing, but I use a translator

Easy View 2 requires Open GL 3.1 support or greater in order to work correctly.
To find out what version of Open GL your system supports please do the following ...
1) Download and install OpenGL Extensions Viewer
http://realtech-vr.com/admin/glview
2) Open the software to see which version of Open GL your system supports. If you would like us to look at it for you, please save the XML report and post it to the forum or start a support ticket.
We know, for example, some older chips such as the Intel Sandy Bridge generation of processors do not support the required OpenGL version. We have also heard of issues with some AMD GPUs.
