Light on audio input flashes nervously

I have a few scenes which react on the audio input.
But I want them in some occasions to react 'relaxed' to the sound. Now they keep flashing nervously on every sound that comes in.
In the window where you can setup the range (Lo-Mid_Hi) and gain, I tried to play with the attack and release delay times, but I don't see any difference. Even if I put the master and L-M-H all to 100% Is it possible this isn't working yet, or does it only work in certain conditions?

Hi there,
To help further can you give me some more info, do you want the scenes to react to the BPM or Pulse? Also are you trying this in Easy Step or Easy Time?

I think you may be getting confused with this, the Bargraph detection tab allows you to filter a band of audio and link this to an Easy Time timeline. This allows you to create many interesting effects based on the level of audio within a designated frequency band.
