dmx input recorder help!

I want to record a program from the remote dmx (pilot 2000) into sunlight suite 2 bc.
I created a scene with the appointment of dmx inputs, it works, the signal goes, I press the record button, It works, but when I push the button "convert data, to easy time block", nothing happens, how convert these data correctly?
