Guys i bought a second hand sunlite suite interface from a local dj tried to work it the interface goes on but doesnt communicate , the pc recognise it tried to do a firmware update but get the following message
Cannot open device. corrupted dongle product code any help?

e-mail me the serial number written on a white sticker and I'll check it out
