Hi Simon,
This time I have an even bigger issue.

I installed the software on my win7-64 laptop which my controller is connected.
If I start up the ‘tool’ software, I can connect and update to firmware 1.20
However, if I start up the 1 july suite, then I can’t connect to the controller.
I tried to uninstall usb drivers and reinstall, but nothing worked.
I also installed an older suite2 version, and there I had connection, but because the controller is now updated, the older suite soft doesn’t work with it .

Is there any logs I can give to you?
To me it seems that there is something wrong with usb connection with suite2 software.

Can you check this?

i have the same issue with this version; also with the new beta. After the downgrade to the dec 12 version, it is working.

I use the Win7-64.

Has anybody an solution?

Make sure you have the latest firmware included with the latest version
Try adding the interface manually instead of using auto detection
If it's still not working, e-mail me a screenshot of the first page of tools
