Hi,

I have purchased a stick ke1 to control led fixtures in a ballroom. I need to be able to connect it the the LAN within the room however my stick does not have an rj45 connection as your data sheet shows. How do I go about connecting this unit to the local network? I have downloaded the app on my iPad and would hope to access the stick remotely.

If the STICK doesn't have an RJ45, it is not a KE1 but a KU1. The KU1 requires an addon which is priced at 36€/45$

Back to you again I'm after getting the Ethernet comm add on and attached to back of my stick I enabled the Ethernet on the hardware tools but my iPhone and iPad not finding stick device. Help!!!!

Does ESAPro detect the STICK over the network?
Check DHCP is enabled on your router (it normally is by default). If not, you need to set a static IP in the STICK
