ESA 2 - SLESA-U7 - Firmware Update

Hello,

I bought the SLESA-U7 in order to use ESA2 on a Mac. When I plug in it to my laptop, it says I need to update the firmware before I can use the device. How do I update firmware on a Mac? There are no "tools" in my ESA2 application folder.

We currently have no tools available for mac. We are working on this and will have something available soon. For now, you must update firmware on a PC.
