Muti-touch Touchscreen support

Post by spwla »

Are you intending on supporting muti-touch touchscreens such as that on the HP TouchSmart 7320. It would really be a huge benefit for those using a touchscreen.

Also, when attempting to control a moving head via the X-Y exterior pop-up window using touch or capacative stylus the the response is extremely erratic. using a mouse works fine but touch is not an option, which is unfortunate.

We don't currently have plans to implement a special compatibility for this device

Hi,

I'm Using sunlite 1 and 2 fine on a single-touch touchscreen but...
i'm also having some problems with the X-Y popup ( mouse / touch is Way to sensetive )
and Also the rotary knobs on-screen are way to sensetive, and to hard to control ( almost only posible to control in 3 steps ( 0% 50% and 100%)

With the mouse it is no problem.

You can change the sensitivity of the XY grid by right clicking and adjusting the resolution dial.

Right now it is not possible to change the resolution of the dials, but we may consider this in a future version.

If you look at Emulator, you could control SunLite through it and that will give you the control you are looking for until the product natively supports this capability.
