Hi esapode688,
and Welcome to the Nicolaudie Sunlite Forum.
Frist you should check if MIDI Data is coming into the software.
Go to "Software Preferences" -> "MIDI setup" -> Click "Show MIDI Data".
In this window you can see all arriving MIDI messages, so use the buttons and sliders on your BCF 2000 which aren“t working and watch the MIDI-Data window.
Best
Gernot

Where did you get the name 'Sunlite Studio' from?
The reason I ask is because this was the name of a very early alpha version from about 4 years ago...make sure you're not using this!!

thank you for reply
i call this: sunlite studio because it feels like a lighting studio instead of a suite.
don't matter i have the latest version available on the site!
i checked incoming midi data; saw that all channels are wrong except for the eight encoders
for example: in sunlite suite 2 the first fader of bcf2000 is mapped as channel 85 but it's wrong!
i saw first fader incoming data on channel 81 and differently to all other faders and sliders.
so i have to remap the entire console

Infact the BCF is not mapped at all by default. You can quickly re-map each console button/fader/dial by selecting the small arrow int he top right and selecting "Learn midi console preset".
