SUIDI6C FIRMWARE PROBLEM PLEASE HELP!!!

I have Sunlite interface - SUIDI 6 C. I just did the firmware update because my dmx was freezing. Now the interface does work and the firmware update software says invalid seriel. PLEASE HELP! Thanks
