This is the way...

[PC + Sunlite] ---(USB cable)---> [DMX Interface] ---(DMX cable)---> [Dimmer/s] ---(AC cable)---> [Filament Lamp]

The PC running Sunlite is connected by a USB cable to the dedicated DMX interface which generates the DMX control signal.

This DMX signal is fed to a dimmer. The dimmer sets the 'level' of voltage passing from the mains supply to the lamp.

The lamp will glow respectively of the output level of the corresponding channel in Sunlite.

I recommend buying that dimmer to connect to Sunlite? is difficult to create the library for the dimmer? I'm a bit lost!
thanks

You don't need to create a library for the dimmer, only for the lighting which is connected to the dimmer. For example if you have an 8 channel dimmer with 8 PAR56 cans. You insert 8 PAR 56 can profiles into Sunlite Suite, then on the dimmer you set the starting DMX address.

For example if the starting DMX address is 20 on the dimmer pack, you will insert your PAR can fixtures to channels 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 in Sunlite Suite.
