Connecting Behringer BCF2000

Hello. I am about to get a BCF 2000 and I was wondering how Sunlite works with the BCF. Will Sunlite recognize the BCF immediately through the USB port or do I need to connect from midi out of BCF to midi in on my pc audio device. I am sure I can figure it out , but I am just curious b/c I want to start working right away!
