MIDI Program Change Input

Will Sunlight Suite accept MIDI Program Change Messages as Trigger Inputs?
It's not clear from the manual and most Lighting Control Software only accept MIDI Note and CTL Messages.
I want to use a MIDI Foot Controller that only issues Program Change messages.
