how to save a show/side

hello everybody,
i have a problem with saving my shows in sl2006.
If i quitt the software, every scene parameter is lost, except the name of the buttons and the fade times. i try to save the show on my harddisk, usb stick and cd but without satisfaction. everytime i start the software new, any parameter inside each of the scene-buttons of my show are similar to the init button of the side. this happend not if i program a 2 or more step-scene. where is the mistake?
why the menu-discription is partly in english/french althougt i choose "germen language"?
is there any german manual/help available?
