UDP and TCP-IP commands for DINA

Post by eletiope »

Hello,
We have a DINA-SR1,
We need to trigger scenes from an external computer, using either TCP-IP or UDP commands. Is this possible with this device today? If this is possible, where can we find information about it. It is not mentioned in the manual.

Hello Eletiope,

You can find information about the DINA Network protocol by following this link: https://eu-litterature.n-g.co/Release/s ... ontrol.pdf

Hi,

This information is great!

With regards to the SLESA-U10, it has WiFi connectivity.

1. Would these UDP commands work with the U10? If so, what would the HEX Device ID be?
2. If I am reading the pdf correctly, for the SLESA devices, the scenes would need to be programmed into the standalone mode? And as such, these UDP commands can trigger the programmed scenes even without a PC/Mac connected?

Thank you for the replies in advance.
