3D Visualizer is not working for me? All i am getting is a black window?

Hi Andy,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the 3D visualiser.

Can you please let me know about your system?

e.g.
1) Are you on PC or Mac?
2) Which operating system?
3) Model and specs of computer.

The 3D visualiser requires OpenGL 3.1 support. We are aware that there is an issue with some older intel systems using Sandybridge processors not supporting this correctly. You need an Ivy bridge CPU and above.

Hi Nick,

It's a Sandybridge - Intel Core i7-2630QM ......

Strange because EasyView via ESA PRO works fine.

Will this issue be resolved?
