Ethernet Slesa UE7

I am having problems connecting to the UE7 by Ethernet.
I have tried to obtain an address from dhcp and also given it by my self. I can see it is connected to the network and the vendor is Digital Art System. It pings correctly.
Neither my PC or my mac can access it.
Tools fails to connect to it over IP but it works like a charm over USB.
Firmware 1.20 Latest right?

Any idea?

please send me the date of your 1.20 firmware (this is visible on the firmware update button in tools)

We only increment the firmware when the firmware is officialised

Please try the latest version included with the latest Beta of ESA Pro

Having the same problem with the UE7, can ping but not program via the ethernet port.
I am using the latest beta firmware (9/16) - necessary to fix another problem (http://www.nicolaudie.com/forum_support ... =37578&e=0)

I have the same problem, can ping the SLESA UE7 but the applications (ESA, ESA2 Beta and ESA Pro) cannot see it. I tried multiple firmware (April and March 2013 I think) and still not working. USB configuration work as expected.

New driver oct 21. Still not working.

When will you reply with something useful? Right now is the product useless.

I don't see any problem here. It's working fine with my Suite2-FC. Check the IP settings and interface settings in the software preferences

And with Esa Esa2 beta or Esa pro?

ESA is not compatible, but ESA2 and ESAPro work fine

I can still not use it over ethernet. Still no change from my first post 9 oct.
You have so many different versions of the firmware. Must be something with it or Tools? How many times have you updated 1.20? Which one are you using?

be sure you're using the firmware included with the latest software

e-mail me a screenshot of the ethernet tab of tools.exe (include a link to this thread in your e-mail)
e-mail me a screenshot of your computers IP settings
