Hi,
do i have use the com+ option necessarily to get Port 5-8, or is it possible to control these ports by the use of a "selfmade" 20p. connector?
I just need the ports, not the ethernet option...

You can have direct access to ports 5-8 without the com+ addon. They are marked out in tiny lettering on the board.
