Problème: boitier SL512EC

Bonjour,
mon boitier marche bien avec Easy Stand Elone, j'ai tester l'etat des adresse avec un testeur DMX et ca marche trés bien.
Le problème que SunLite 2000 ne distecte pas l'interface et il n'est aucune signal au testeur.
Etat du boitier avec et sans Easy Stand Elone
Boitier : USB DMX 512 EC
Ref : 1211574 EC
Etat des Led : Sans ESD : - Led orangé: Marche
- Led Rouge : Clignote Successive
- Led Jaune : Clignote une fois par secande
Avec ESD : - Led orangé : Marche
- Led Rouge : Clignote Successive
- led Jaune : Clignote Successive
avec SunLite 2000 il ya aucune repence.
Rq : J'ai une autre boitier Fisrt Class ca marche trés bien avec Easy Stand Elone et SunLite 2000.
