Easy Stand Alone password reset???

In Easy Stand Alone, we changed the default password from JULS to something else.

Now new password doesn't work and we can't get into the configuration to change the IP settings.

Can this password be reset???

We got our answer via phone and email! Thanks very much for your help, we really appreciate it. Time to respond was VERY quick.

All we had to do was hold down the "+" button while we turn on the unit and that resets the unit to factory defaults.
