Pixel pro strip lights

Post by GVA »

Hello, I am new to this DMX programming so please bear with me.
I have the SLESA 8 and a RGB strip light. Is there a RGB strip light somewhere in the library, or do I try to create my own?
And if so the channels will be R-G-B-R-G-B-R-G-B Etc. Is this correct?
3 channels for each RGB SMD?
Thanks,
Geoff

Well I figured that part out. I just opened the generic folder in Scanlibrary and dragged and dropped the 17 RGB tabs I needed.
I am actually using the stand alone software, not the Pro so. I don't know if this is the right forum to post in.
Or is the ESA pro software compatable with my controller?
I have many more questions about using this software, but I want to get a little more familiar with it first.
Is there a more in depth manual other than the one I downloaded on the nicolaudie site?

The ESA and ESA2 manuals can be found here:

These should contain everything you need.
