cant find driver for ESA

Hello, I have trouble with installing my Slesa u5 EASY STAND ALONE - USB Version
I have downloaded your installer file from nicolaudie.com and install it on my computer wich runs Windows 7 (32bit)
It installs it with no problem, but when i connect my ESA with USB to computer, computer cant install the driver for it.
So I have unknown device in hardware management and I cant operate with the program.
I have installed everything as a administrator... What am I doing wrong?

Hi

Try a different USB socket.
Try to open tools.exe. Is it detected here? If yes, please e-mail me a screenshot of the first page.
