Can't sync my led lights

The controller doesn't seem to control my lights properly. I have 10 led lights hooked up with 3 pin DMX cables and when I put the controller onto color change it doesn't seem to change the color of the lights. The lights will not sync together either. I put the lights all on the same channel ( they have the channel change on the lights ) nothing and I tried putting them in order 1 to 10. I can only get all of them to be green and by putting them on channel 509. Any input would be great. I tried some basic programs too and nothing. Even in stand alone mode I can't control them with a laptop

Which controller are you using? Is it detected by ESA when you start the software?

The stand alone gu2 with the 3 buttons and glass face. Yes it's detected when I connect it to the computer and run the software

It sounds like your lights are not addressed correctly. Try with just one light to begin with, set the address to 1 and move the first 3 faders in ESA.
