2x slesaIP6's not working

Hello,
I purchased three IP6's in the middle of last year from my local supplier. Only one of the three items purchased has worked. A.lthough I am having problems with the time clock and calender functions So I have two interfaces that aren't working correctly. serial #'s: 3611003 + 3611004
These aren't showing up as being connected to the network. I've tried reseting them as they are turned on... didn't work...
What shall I do?

Hieee, when I said IP6 i meant to say IP1. . . to many heinekens i think.

-Disable all other network devices and connect they SLESA-IPs to your computer one at a time.
-The interface may be in art-net decoder mode, hold button 3 whilst restarting the interface to toggle between artnet and regular modes
-Try resetting the interface completely by holding buttons 1 and 3 whilst restarting the interface

If they are still not detected, send me an e-mail and I will arrange an RMA
