Problems with starting a szene

Hello together,

I have a little problem with starting a scene over the software.
On the side "User" I click on the button and then I get the
message: Start this scen with the portcontacts. The use with
Next/Previous BUtton is not possible??!!

Note: The USB/DMX Box is connected to two switches to connect
01 Ground and 06 Next Pin and 01 Ground and 04 Previous Pin.

Which is the version of your Easy Stand Alone Software ?

The problem has been solved. It was a user error by our client. There are no more problems with starting a scene. But now there still is another one. He uses the software Verson 24 September 2003. The problem is, that he cannot see the names of the programmed scenes on the buttons on the "USER" page. He uses Windows 98. Anybody knows a solution for this problem?
