Runtime Error

Hi There
Dell Inspiron 8100. ESA v2007. USB Interface.
Program load ok, file opens ok. Select any function ( gobo, X&Y etc ) in The Preset Manager. Once I begin to select the fixutres a dialogue box opens.
The header on the box is: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library.
The warning is: Runtime Error!
Program: C\East Stand Alone\esa.exe
abnormal program termination

There is an" OK" box.

Once the "OK" box is selected the ESAV2007 program crashes.
It will restart ok. I can program, setup,Edit and transfer data to and from the USB device.

Any ideas?

and welcome to the forum.

Can you give us some more informations about your setup:

- Windows version ?
- Exact typ of USB-DMX interface (like SLESA-U5)
- Firmware version on USB Interface (you can check this with "TOOLS.exe")
- What´s the exact version of your ESA software ? (shown on software startup or by clicking "?" and "About...")
