I have purchased what for £493 inc vat a controller from ivision UK. I tried for hours trying to use the software provided without any joy.I rang them they appeared to to understand the product they had sold me saying that the software was very complicated to use and to try and use Easy stand alone software on the disk.This worked but the features I require eg. sound input etc were only available on the 2004 which didnt work.Any way by investigation I had realised that they had sold me a ESA BOX (BLUE ONE).
I guess that I will have to purchase a new box from someone who understands the basics of what they are selling.
Does anyone know of a supplier within the Uk that has some knowledge of what they are selling and a price for the box required to use the 2004 software.
