Communicating w/ Sunlite Controller via Internet

Post by jimberns »

We have been trying to sort out being able to communicate with the Sunlite Controller via the Internet since our project was first commissioned in May 2008. However, the 'shows' are getting corrupted at some point between trying to send it from a desktop computer to the Nicolaudie server or from the Nicolaudie server to the Sunlite Controller.

When we first attempt to write the memory to the server, we get an error message that says "Impossible to Write the Memory".

When we click ok, and then click the "Write Memory" tab a second time, we get the message "Memory Written Successfully".

However, when the Controller gets the show from the Nicolaudie server, the show is corrupted and only receives about 4-6 steps of the show. The lights run through those steps and then freeze up.

We need assistance resolving this as it was a key selling feature of the software that is currently not functional for us.
