URGENT!!! HELP!!! How to off all the leds???

Currently, I am doing a project which involved lightings. I tried using Easy Stand Alone software and Lumidrives Colourdriver 36 to control the RGB lights. However, I faced a problem. Whenever I switch on the power, the lights will always on and i can only control the brightness and the colour of the lights. But, I can't off the lights using the software. What to do??? Is it because of the Lumidrives colourdriver or the software???

If they are RGB drivers then you juste need to select black (all channels to 0). If it doesn't work then it is a diffrent problem and it does not come from our software.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Since there is no problem with the software, is there a need to set the Lumidrives Colourdriver 36 's DMX address in order to off the LEDs?

anyway, I tried using white colour LEDs... It actually can be turn off when the RGB is tuned to black. But when i try the RGB LEDs, it cannot be off when the RGB is tuned to black. Why is it so?
