Hello Rob,

I've had a look into this and can't replicate the issue.

Could you send me the showfile you're using on the DE3 that's crashing? Maybe it's something in particular that's causing this issue.

The files are on my cloud - nothing too complicated as its too unreliable.

My other client who uses this feature with a Stick 5A works fine on Andriod however i have no devices, only IOS.

Regardless, even if i have any Stick Device (DE3/LR512!/CW4) - Remote connects fine. Remote pro will not connect! Refreshing device list fails.

Hey Rob,

I've raised this with a dev and I can confirm that a fix should be released in the upcoming Arcolis Remote Pro update. I don't have an exact date to give but I should imagine this will be released in the next week or so.
