Unable to load library

Hi,
I have encountered a big problem with all generic fixtures.
Station : Microsoft Surface Pro
Os : Windows
Software : Sunlite Suite 3

Firstly I creating a new show,
Secondly when i creating my new page , i have to load ssl library , i choose for example "GAIA.ssl2" and i obtain the message "Unable to load library".

I tried so many way, change path, and nothing works.

Could you help me please ?
