3D viewer does not work properly

Hi! I downloaded Sunlite Suite 3, and when opening Easy View 2 it is completely black (as seen in the screenshot) but yes, when clicking the content of the buttons appears.
I have version 3.1 of OpenGL and DirectX 9.0
