3 zone very distance each ones

Hi all.. I need to control with sunlite 3 different buildings in 3 different zones of the city.. is possible to link 3 sunlite device with artnet and control them with 1 soft only?
Do I need to use the same network? Or can I link each device over internet?
If is not possible how can I sync the 3 different devices/zones?
