Firmeware update fail

Hello
Ich have a problem with my Stick DE3 ( V1.1)
I think the Firmeware update has a misttake
If the device boot the Date will be

If i conect via USB with Hardware Manager get the Messing " Cannot open Device" Error Code XHL 17 and some time XHL 18
Dit any one have a Idee to "claer" the stik to reload the Firmeware ?
How can I open the Bootloader ?
