Stick DE3 problem!!!!

Hi,

my stick de3 the 4 mode is flickering and the display is showing nothing just white colour lights.. i do re writing the latest firmware but is not working too..

what happen????

I am sorry to hear about the problem with your Stick-DE3.

You will usually be asked to provide the following details. To speed things up you could include them in your initial ticket.

Take Screenshots of Device Settings & email them.
1) Plug in your device using a USB Cable
2) Open HardwareManager (download from link below)
Windows: https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaud ... anager.exe
Mac: https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaud ... anager.dmg
3) Please take a screenshot of the following screens: (see example images attached)
a) Information screen.
b) Firmware screen.
Important: If your device is not detected or you receive errors, please take screenshots of HardwareManager as you see it.
4) Attach your screenshot images to a ticket so that we can see your settings.
