Hello all,

If i was to purchase a Stick DE3 is there any other hardware i will need to make it work?

Can i output dmx direct from the Stick DE3? Or do need other hardware?

Thanks and sorry for the lame question. My thinking is that i can buy a Stick DE3 for €769.00 and program it through my PC with ESA Pro Software.

IS there anything else i need to buy? Power adapter?

best

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

The STICK-DE3 comes with a power adaptor so it is not necessary to buy a separate one. The only hardware you should need are the lights themselves and cables to connect them. Some lights, such as RGBs, don't include DMX drivers built-in, so these also need to be purchased.

If you want to use 2 x DMX universes (1024 channels) you will also need to purchase an RJ2Block to connect to the Power + DMX socket on the back.

Please see the datasheet to see how to connect cables to the back of the STICK-DE3. You can download this from this page ...
