The screen does not appear that either! Backlight works ...

Purchased controller Stisk DE3 and when first connected to a PC, the screen that does not displayed as, lit only backlight. So it should be? How screen should look when you first on? All buttons is work (

Perhaps the SD card has become dislodged during shipping. Take it out and try to connect the STICK. Is it detected then?
