Stick-DE3 not detected on computer

I have a brand new Stick-DE3 that I am trying to program but can not get it to be recognized by my PC. I have tried re-installing the ESA2 Beta software, have tried the update, and have also tried re-booting when bridging the boot loader. Still I can not get any recognition from my PC. Do you have any other suggestions?

Have you tried the latest firmware?
Which firmware and software versions are you running?
Is the interface detected from the firmware update tool?

Simon, I did that with no luck, I had to re-format the mini SD card and then the stick was finally detected. Any idea when the non-beta version of the newer software will be released?

The non-betas should be released within the next couple of weeks
